7 AM -3 PM or 8 AM - 4 PM, 8-hour shift, Mon - FridayResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Assist supervisors in coordinating the work of staff while maintaining and repairing plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems. Provides assistance to carpenters and electricians. Paints buildings and structures inside and out. Repairs grounds maintenance equipment and tools. Provides assistance to the other skilled trades personnel. Assist in repairing equipment, assist with upkept of building and grounds, and assist in preventative maintenance Operates, maintains and repairs equipment and tools. Maintains records. Attends meetings and trainings as required. Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
