Job Description

```Duties```

2pm till 10pm
- Perform general janitorial duties to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the facility
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when replenishment is needed
- Follow established safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness standards

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred as a Supervisor
- Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, and waxing
- Familiarity with commercial and industrial cleaning practices
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and pressure washers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that require bending, stooping, lifting, and standing for extended periods of time
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
