About the Experience

The Sea Pines Resort, a Forbes Four-Star and AAA Four Diamond destination, invites international hospitality students and recent graduates to join our immersive J-1 Internship Program. This year-long, four-phase rotational internship offers the opportunity to experience multiple departments across our world-class resort while developing the professional, cultural, and leadership skills that define luxury hospitality.



Program Overview

Throughout this comprehensive training experience, participants will complete different phases, each lasting approximately three months, thoughtfully structured to provide hands-on exposure to both front- and heart-of-house operations.

Candidate Requirements


Current hospitality, tourism, or recent graduate within 12 months of completion Strong English communication skills Positive attitude, cultural curiosity, and a genuine passion for service Eligibility to participate in the U.S. Department of State J-1 Intern Program Experience in hospitality is a plus
