As part of our ongoing expansion, Helping Hands PRP Inc. is proud to announce the launch of our Wellness Division -- a space where mental health and physical wellness meet. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Wellness Technician to join our growing team and deliver professional, client-focused wellness services.
Position Summary:
The IV Therapy Technician will provide IV hydration therapy, wellness injections, and aesthetic services including Botox and dermal fillers, as well as other non-emergent wellness treatments. This position requires a skilled and licensed professional with clinical precision, a passion for wellness, and a strong commitment to client care.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer IV vitamin drips, hydration therapy, and wellness injections in accordance with established medical and safety protocols.
Perform aesthetic procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, and related services under applicable state regulations.
Conduct initial wellness assessments and assist in developing individualized care or aesthetic plans.
Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized clinical environment in compliance with all health and safety standards.
Educate clients on procedures, benefits, risks, and aftercare instructions.
Document all treatments accurately in client charts and electronic records.
Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and administrative staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in all client interactions.
Qualifications
:
Must hold current and valid licensure in the State of Maryland as one of the following:
Registered Nurse (RN)
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or similar with IV certification
Certification in IV Therapy Administration and/or Injectables (Botox & Fillers) required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in wellness, medical spa, or healthcare environments.
Strong knowledge of aesthetic and wellness procedures, contraindications, and safety practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Must be professional, reliable, and client-centered with a compassionate and caring demeanor.
Preferred Skills & Attributes:
Experience in a wellness clinic, med spa, or integrative health practice
Knowledge of vitamins, hydration therapy, and wellness supplements
Confidence in client education and post-treatment guidance
Passion for holistic wellness and self-care advocacy
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in helping build and grow the wellness program
