Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a Registered Nurse or LPN to join our team! You will be responsible for the assessment, and treatment of assigned patients.
Candidate must be able to travel to our Freehold and Brick location
Qualifications
Graduate of accredited school of registered nursing
Infusion experience highly recommended
Assessment and monitoring of infusion therapy treatments.
Current and valid RN/LPN license in the State of New Jersey
Responsibilities
Provide patient care and education. In accordance with professional nursing standards, the Staff Nurse skillfully administers total patient care based on the individualized needs of assigned patients
Serve as liaison between patients, staff and providers
Document all patient interactions and other clinical activities accurately and in a timely manner in the electronic health record (EHR)
Demonstrate respect for patients and staff by presenting a friendly, courteous manner at all times and maintaining patient confidentiality
Act as a member of the care team, including preparing patients to be seen by collecting and recording patient vitals, current medications, medical history
Answer and document patient phone calls; take complete messages and route to providers as needed.
Provide and document patient care such as giving injections and performing preventive screenings
Carry out standing orders (i.e., authorizing prescription refills and ordering tests)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
