Location: Rogue's Rehab (Inside fitness facility)

Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

Pay: $40-$60/hr (depending on experience) + Tips + Performance Bonuses

About the Role

Rogue's Rehab is expanding into wellness medicine and introducing IV Therapy, Blood Panels, and Vitamin Injections as part of our recovery & performance services.

We are hiring a highly skilled IV Nurse who is comfortable performing ALL three core services:

Required Skills (ALL are part of the job)

? IV Drip Therapy (start-to-finish administration)

? Blood Draws / Phlebotomy (for hormone panels, wellness labs, CBC, CMP, etc.)

? IM Injections & Pushes (B12, Glutathione, Lipo shots, etc.)

If you can't or won't perform all three, this role won't be a fit.

Responsibilities

IV Therapy

Prepare and administer vitamin & hydration IV drips Perform patient intake, vitals, and basic screening Maintain sterile technique and documentation Monitor clients throughout drip duration
Blood Draws / Lab Work

Perform venipuncture for blood panel testing Properly label + handle all lab samples Follow chain-of-custody and lab protocols Ensure accurate, safe collection every time
Injections

Administer IM vitamin shots (B12, MIC, Glutathione, etc.) Ensure safe dosing and client comfort Provide post-injection care instructions
Customer Service

Educate clients on wellness options Provide a welcoming, elite recovery experience Assist with memberships, rebooking, and upsells
Qualifications

RN or LVN license (required) Phlebotomy experience required (1+ years preferred) Comfortable with high-volume wellness environments (gym setting) Strong communication + bedside manner Clean, professional, reliable
Schedule

We operate in 3 shifts:

Morning (6 AM - 11 AM) Midday (11 AM - 4 PM) Evening (4 PM - 9 PM)
You can apply for 1 shift or multiple.

Compensation
