We are looking for an energetic & experienced IT support technician to join our growing team and give our clients the caring, attentive support they expect. Helping people and solving complex problems must be your passion.
As a part of our team, you'll work on a variety of software and systems. Everything from Microsoft Office to case management software; from printers to networks. You'll work with our ticketing system to keep track of support requests, and you'll work in our remote management system to run diagnostics and troubleshoot systems for our clients. Travel out to clients offices may be required at times.
This is a remote work-from-home position, but because of regular travel to client offices in the Triad, you must live in Forsyth County.
You'll receive training on our services, our processes, and our support guidelines. We're a remote workforce, so you'll have the flexibility to work from home, and you'll be provided with access to our group chat, VoIP phone service, and remote management system for our clients.
The work hours are 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday, with an occasional on call assignment as part of a three person rotation required. On call details will be given during the interview process.
