ROLE:The technician serves to maintain the proper operation of company desktop computers for internal customers, provides IT help desk support and services networked systems. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 21 years of age
Must have experience in electronics, computer technology and repair
Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Office.
Must have basic networking skills
Knowledge of data processing techniques or equivalent combination of training and experience
Two or more years' experience in supporting computers and repairing computer equipment
Must be able to obtain a Gaming card/ registration
Excellent communication skills are required
Accuracy, multi-tasking, and fastidiousness are also required
Valid state issued driver's license
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience in a similar IT role
