Job Description

The technician serves to maintain the proper operation of

company desktop computers for internal customers, provides IT help desk support

and services networked systems. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. technology and repairMust have basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows,

and Microsoft Office.Must have basic networking skillsKnowledge of data processing techniques or

equivalent combination of training and experienceTwo or more years' experience in supporting

computers and repairing computer equipmentMust be able to obtain a Gaming card/

registrationExcellent communication skills are requiredAccuracy, multi-tasking, and fastidiousness are

also requiredValid state issued driver's licenseBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related

discipline or equivalent experience in a similar IT role
