Job Summary
We are seeking an
IT Support Technician I
to provide front-line technical support to our clients. This is a
hybrid role
based in
Southern California
. The position is
remote/work-from-home on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
, and
on-site in San Dimas or Irwindale on Tuesdays and Thursdays
. Reliable transportation is required.
Responsibilities
Provide remote and on-site technical support to end users
Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and connectivity issues
Install and configure desktops, laptops, applications, and peripheral devices
Perform system updates, backups, and basic preventive maintenance
Maintain accurate documentation in our ticketing system
Support Office 365 and Windows environments
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams
Maintain client data confidentiality and follow company security standards
Requirements
1-2 years of IT help desk or desktop support experience (MSP experience is a plus)
Valid California Driver's License and reliable vehicle
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and common IT tools
Basic understanding of networking (Wi-Fi, printers, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Live within reasonable driving distance to San Dimas or Irwindale
Schedule
Monday: Remote
Tuesday: On-site (San Dimas or Irwindale)
Wednesday: Remote
Thursday: On-site (San Dimas or Irwindale)
Friday: Remote
8-hour shifts (generally during standard business hours)
