system to manage patient records and streamline clinical operations.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and reliable

IT Support Technician

to provide part-time, as-needed technical support for our offices. The ideal candidate will assist with troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing our computer systems, network connectivity, and cloud-based EMR environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide remote and on-site technical support to staff across six office locations Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner Support and maintain the

Compulink Cloud EMR system

, coordinate with Compulink's IT Support team Manage installation, configuration, and updates of computers, printers, scanners, tablets, etc. Ensure data security, backups, and

HIPAA

compliance for all systems

Qualifications:

Associate's degree (or higher) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field--or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years of IT support experience, preferably in a healthcare setting Familiarity with

Compulink Cloud EMR

or other electronic medical record systems preferred but not required Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Ability to work independently and travel between practice locations as needed (reliable transportation required) Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare IT security best practices
