What You'll Do
Respond to phone calls and emails to create or review service tickets.
Troubleshoot issues related to software, security, hardware, and network connectivity.
Collaborate with the IT team on computer upgrades and infrastructure maintenance.

General knowledge of desktop computing, operating systems, and network connectivity.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to ask insightful troubleshooting questions.
Education, degree, or technical training in information technology.
