Job Description

We are seeking a full time IT Administrator to work for our restaurants at the corporate level as well as provide remote support to local sites.

Responsibilities include:

Perform Mac & Microsoft Windows Server administration in a restaurant hospitality environment.

Provide technical support to end users regarding software and hardware issues in person or using remote access (Anydesk) or communication methods such as phone, email, ticketing portal, etc.

Complete preventative maintenance, upgrades, and repairs to computers, POS systems, servers, printers, network equipment, and other peripheral devices.

Contribute to company's technology security systems using a variety of software products and hardware devices.

Documents, tracks, and monitors technical problems with the intent of ensuring timely resolution.

Other duties, as assigned.

Technology Support Requirements:

Basic PC and network troubleshooting, and PC installation and configuration experience required.

Preferred 1+ years of technical support/help desk support

Preferred experience working in the Restaurant industry and/or providing POS (Point-of Sale) technical support, installation, and configuration for restaurants.

Able to travel.

Valid driver's license.

Experience working with MS/Office 365.

Experience working with Active Directory

Knowledge of Routers, Switches, Firewalls, (Ubiquiti)

Knowledge of networking topologies and computer operating systems

Knowledge of remote desktop support, FTP (Anydesk, LogMeIn)
