Role Overview

We're looking for a hands-on IT Support Specialist to keep our small team running smoothly. The role mixes on-site work for hardware and network tasks with remote support during the week. You'll be the go-to person for everyday tech issues, small infrastructure fixes, and user support across our Microsoft based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and support Windows 11, Microsoft Office, and key business applications Provide day-to-day IT support to a team of about 10 people Monitor and maintain basic infrastructure: network, UPS, printers, smartphones Handle laptop setups, updates, and troubleshooting (hardware/software) Offer level 1-2 support for applications such as SAP B1 and Salesforce Track and report recurring issues to help improve reliability Work together with the IT Corporate team to implement Corporate level initiatives

Background and Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of on-site IT support experience 3+ years working directly with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office environments Good experience with network infrastructure and printer support Basic understanding of data backup or cybersecurity practices Comfortable supporting business applications at user level (SAP B1, Salesforce) Clear communicator with a practical, problem-solving mindset Friendly and approachable, with a focus on getting things done

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
