One-and-done (20-30 min Microsoft Teams interview)
About the Role:
We are seeking a contract
IT Support Specialist
to join our internal IT team and provide day-to-day technical support to approximately 70 hybrid employees. This role is essential in ensuring seamless IT operations, particularly for a team of 40 attorneys, and will focus primarily on handling Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong troubleshooting and communication skills who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely end-user support for ~70 hybrid staff
Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 & Level 2 issues, including:
Lenovo laptop hardware/software issues
VPN connectivity problems
Office 365 applications (Outlook, Microsoft Office, OneDrive)
Collaborate with the existing 2-person IT support team for knowledge sharing and workflow continuity
Communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of staff, including attorneys with varying technical skill levels
Qualifications:
Previous IT support experience (Level 1 and/or Level 2)
Strong knowledge of:
Windows OS & Lenovo hardware
Office 365 suite (Outlook, OneDrive, Microsoft Office)
VPN troubleshooting
Cisco tools and systems (preferred)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a professional environment
