Job Description

Our company is hiring an experienced IT Support Specialist who can provide installation, maintenance, and support services for the entire enterprise network. The IT support technician will be included in an on-call rotation (after 3 months of training) and must be highly dependable.

Responsible for the ongoing support, maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of the company's desktop environment. This is an on call position. Candidate will be required to be on call every

3 weeks

on rotation. A+, Network+, Security+ certifications a plus. Active Directory and Exchange User maintenance experience required. Printer/Copier support and maintenance is a required. 2-3 years of Windows 10/11 verifiable desktop support experience is required. Proven ability to offer high level desktop support in an enterprise environment. Must have great customer service skills and a positive attitude. Must be dependable and on time for shift. Must have transportation as you may be asked to go to our other location for IT issues. Able to take direction from a Senior Systems Administrator and Director Ability to master new technology and processes. Eager to learn and grow within the IT department. Ability to work in a cold environment (warehouse coolers) when needed. This is a full service IT position that requires direct interaction with the users and physically demanding tasks. Pay based on previous IT experience.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
