IT Support Admin. Help lead and guide kitchen staff and customers on Grubhub and POS units. Job Responsibilities Essential Tasks:
Manage new Cumberland Ghost Kitchen
Maintain on-going relationships with group leads
Be available on weekend and game daysManage credit card machines (POS terminals and portable machines)
Main point of contact between on-site staff, subcontractors, and Aramark IT for:
CbordAramark
ITUniversity of Tennessee
Grubhub
Submit and track tickets for all systems. Manage this process from start to finish
Maintenance of PDM/POS menus and menu board.
Help implementation of new software and hardware on campus
Training class for management team on specified IT software/hardware
Maintain inventory of IT equipment on campus.
Manage the printer contract with specified vendor from start to finish
Troubleshoot all computer-related IT issues on campus
Additional Essential Job-Related Requirements:
Complete special projects as needed
Complete any task requested by a supervisor or member of the Aramark management team.
Supervisory Responsibilities: No direct supervisory responsibilities.

Maintain a professional image

Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent Communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail.

2-3 years work experience in food service
