Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:

Respond to support cases quickly and efficiently Setup and manage workstations for new hires Create and update SOPs for IT Specialist tasks Make project time-to-complete estimates, follow up by tracking project time and tasks in our project management software

Qualifications

We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we're looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

Primary working OS is Mac Proficient in troubleshooting Strong communication skills; professionalism Experience with Windows OS System administration exposure Quick learner Bonus skills: + SQL knowledge and experience (preferred MSSQL)
+ Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS)
+ Experience with Crestron/A/V systems
+ Technical certificates (ITIL, AWS, MCSE, etc.)
+ Office365 administration experience
+ Meraki/Cisco (networking) experience
