We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Specialist with 2-5 years of hands-on experience to support, maintain, and expand our organization's IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, manage systems and networks, and ensure the smooth operation of IT services across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support (Level 1 & 2) to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls (Microsoft & vendors)
Perform system updates, patches, backups, and security checks
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi)
Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, and new technology implementations
Maintain accurate documentation for systems, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices
Knowledge of AI systems to integrate with our daily work flow
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, (or equivalent experience)
2-5 years of professional IT support or systems administration experience
Strong knowledge of:
o Microsoft 365 / Office 365
o Networking fundamentals
o Hardware troubleshooting and system maintenance
Ability to troubleshoot problems independently and under pressure
Additionally
Local travel between sites is required weekly
