Pileum's Security, Risk and Compliance (SRC) team is looking to hire a full-time resource for their team. This job can be based in Jackson, MS, Knoxville, TN, Nashville, TN, Birmingham, AL or the Florida Panhandle. The SRC Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing client projects from initiation through completion, ensuring high-quality delivery, clear communication, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Lead multiple concurrent client projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations in coordination with internal and client stakeholders Track progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies to maintain project momentum Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, transparency, and satisfaction throughout the engagement Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, analysts, and external vendors to ensure deliverables meet quality and compliance standards Conduct project status meetings and prepare client-facing reports and presentations Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and contribute to project management best practices within the SRC team Manage security programs for clients against industry-standard risk management frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, HIPAA, CMMC, etc.) Perform baseline assessments and risk analyses to identify control gaps and vulnerabilities Prioritize mitigation activities based on severity, business impact, and budget Establish and manage Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) Participate in incident response activities--primarily as an incident commander but occasionally assisting with containment and analysis Support clients through security program development and compliance initiatives
Qualifications

Experience managing client relationships and driving successful project outcomes Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, PMI, or hybrid approaches) Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and project tracking software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Analytical skills in risk analysis, data interpretation, and issue prioritization Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms Knowledge of security principles, risk management frameworks, and security domains

Pay: $73,313.66 - $100,000.00 per year
