Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities within the IT purchasing commodity (intake requests, stakeholder engagement, source and price analysis)
• Assist with developing and facilitating Request for Proposals (RFPs), to include but not limited to: drafting RFP documents, completing NDAs, bidder coordination, evaluation reviews, and award negotiations
• Collect and analyze data on IT market trends, potential suppliers, and strategic sourcing initiatives
• Collaborate with interntiional Purchasing teammates in developing an IT Category Strategy to be used globally

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Supply Chain or related field
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with negotiation concepts is a plus

Note: This is a hybrid role, you must be able to travel to the office.
The US hourly rate for this position is $20.
