Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking an IT Proposal Analyst with a strong technical foundation and 3-5 years of experience in government contracting to support

IT proposal development

. This role focuses on crafting compliant, compelling technical solutions for federal RFPs and RFIs. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with exceptional writing skills to develop winning proposals for complex IT programs.

Key Responsibilities

Proposal Development:

Lead and contribute to technical volumes for federal proposals, including solution architecture, transition plans, security compliance, and staffing approaches.

Solution Design:

Develop innovative IT solutions leveraging cloud platforms, cybersecurity frameworks, and enterprise technologies.

Collaboration:

Work closely with capture managers, proposal managers, and SMEs to integrate technical content into proposal narratives.

Storytelling:

Translate complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive language for evaluators.

Requirements Analysis:

Review and interpret government solicitations to ensure solutions meet all technical and compliance requirements.

Compliance & Standards:

Ensure solutions adhere to federal standards (e.g., NIST SP 800-53/171, CMMC, FedRAMP).

Required Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Experience:

3-5 years in GovCon with hands-on proposal writing and technical solutioning.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with cloud (AWS, Azure), cybersecurity, enterprise IT systems, and emerging technologies.

Proposal Skills:

Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and proposal compliance.
