About the Role:



We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven

IT Project Manager

to lead and manage technology projects from initiation to completion. In this role, you will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver successful technology outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end IT projects -- from requirements gathering to implementation. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues. Conduct regular progress meetings and provide transparent project status reports. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication across teams. Ensure compliance with IT standards, security policies, and best practices. Continuously improve project management processes and documentation.

Requirements Technical Skills:



Strong understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and infrastructure. Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello, MS Project). Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Experience managing cloud-based or enterprise software projects. Knowledge of budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management techniques.

Education & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. [X+] years of experience in IT project management or related technical leadership roles. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.

Soft Skills:



Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Collaborative and proactive approach to stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):



Experience managing software development, data migration, or infrastructure upgrade projects. Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes). Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience working with international or remote teams.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
