Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who will also serve as a Product Owner to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects while owning the product vision and roadmap. This dual role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering user-focused solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management

Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure seamless project execution. Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues promptly to keep projects on track. Provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives.

Product Ownership

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for VisaHQ's IT solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and create a product backlog. Write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development teams. Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product goals. Continuously assess user feedback and market trends to refine and enhance product features.

Qualifications

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Experience

: 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects. 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment. Experience in the travel, visa, or passport services industry is a plus.

Skills

: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana. Proficiency in defining product requirements and managing product backlogs. Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Technical knowledge of software development processes and IT infrastructure.
