Job Purpose or Objective(s): ?The Product Manager is responsible for the product execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritize product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working with different departments and management and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager also ensures that the product supports our overall strategy and goals. Also, works to grow our client relationship by identifying new business opportunities. You will report to the Senior Manager of Product Management.
Primary Tasks: * You will design and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life.

• Create roadmap by gathering and prioritizing product and partner requirements.
• Work with vendors, partners and applications support teams to ensure product support documentation is created and maintained.
• ?Be the central resource for product functionality, processes, testing, training and quality assurance.
• Maintain operational knowledge throughout all stages of a product's lifecycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product(s).
• You will review product release notes before upgrade(s) and prepare upgrade summaries for review with partners.
• Help create product documentation.
• Ensure that the product(s) support the Choctaw Nation's overall strategy and goals and initiate end of life discussions when product(s) are no longer being used to perform essential business functions.
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a Computer Technology field or equivalent work experience or 4 years related experience.
• Collaborate IT solutions or business development
• Familiar with Project Management and implementation processes
• Analytical skills and customer service abilities
• Seven years of related business experience and interpersonal skills.?
