Hudson Automotive Group is searching for an experienced IT Procurement Analyst to join our growing team. The IT Procurement Analyst will play a key role in managing and optimizing technology investments across the dealership network and will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and maintaining hardware, software, and telecom services to support dealership operations, sales, and service functions.

What are we looking for?

• Strong understanding of IT hardware, software licensing, and telecommunications services.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across geographically distributed dealership locations.
• Understanding of OEM technology requirements and dealership compliance standards.
• Excellent vendor negotiation, data analysis, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement management tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT procurement, sourcing, or asset management, preferably in a multi-location automotive dealership group.
• Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
• Experience working with major IT resellers such as CDW, SHI, Insight, or Connection for large-scale technology sourcing.
• Familiarity with telecom expense management (TEM) platforms.
