Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting IT network operations, incident management, process improvement, and product delivery. Acts as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure reliable, high-quality IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and resolve network and application incidents using runbooks and ticketing systems
Perform data analysis, trending, and root cause analysis
Manage incident, problem, and change processes
Support network upgrades, maintenance, and continuous improvements
Analyze and improve business processes; develop standards and metrics
Lead or support projects and act as a customer/product liaison
Collaborate across teams and communicate status to stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in IT network operations, process improvement, or product/project support
Strong data analysis, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of ITIL, Lean, or Agile environments
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or Engineering
Certifications: ITIL, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, CCNA, PMP (or similar)
Experience in enterprise or 24/7 operations environments.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $55.00-$60.00 per hour.
