The IT Manager will contribute to the strategic direction, management, and execution of the company's IT initiatives. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of balancing the day-to-day operational needs of the organization and continual progress toward long-term technology planning goals set by the IT Director and business unit leaders. The IT Manager will oversee all applications, hardware, and support services, aligning IT with business goals and security standards.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business units to implement solutions that improve operations.
Manage and support all company IT systems, including networks, hardware, software, cloud services, and business applications.
Ensure reliable, secure, and cost-effective technology operations that support daily business needs.
Serve as the primary escalation point for technical issues and oversee timely problem resolution.
Plan and execute system updates, upgrades, and new technology implementations with minimal disruption.
Lead IT support prioritizing workloads and improving service delivery.
Manage IT licensing and support contracts.
Maintain IT documentation, asset inventories, and system configurations.
Partner with leadership and staff to recommend practical technology solutions and process improvements.

UALIFICATIONS
Proven experience managing IT applications, hardware, licensing that support business operations.
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace Enterprise.
Microsoft certifications are a plus.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity.
