The Opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring an IT Intern to join our team at Autozone Park in Memphis, Tennessee for Baseball season 2023. Responsibilities

• Provide first-class technical support for all computer systems on the property.
• Configure, install, maintain and train concessions POS systems.
• Assists in training current and new associates on proper procedures and regulations.
• Set up and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and other peripherals for end-users.
• Terminate and run low-voltage cable (Cat5e/Cat6).
• Assist all other departments in ensuring positive customer satisfaction in all aspects of daily operations.
• Provide support for events, marketing, and manager meetings, including the setup and tear down of laptops, projectors, etc.
• Maintain digital signage throughout the property.
• Provide application support for POS systems, Global Payments, etc.
• Troubleshooting TCP/IP, LAN/WAN connectivity, Android OS and Windows OS issues, and other related issues.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program in IT, MIS, CIS.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications and operating systems, including Windows, Office, and server environments.
• Maintain a positive attitude with associates, staff, and guests.
• Capability to identify problems and research solutions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand and walk for long portions of the workday.
• Intermediate knowledge/experience with point of sale (POS) preferred but not required.
