POSITION SUMMARY:

Help support the IT Operations team with network support requests and various projects.



Bob Jones University students only

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Audit and help standardize network racks throughout campus. Document and map wireless access point locations on campus. Monitor network and server performance using diagnostic tools. Maintain accurate records of changes and troubleshooting steps. Assist the network and system engineers. Other duties as assigned by manager

Good analytical skills Good communication skills, written and oral Ability to work as an individual contributor and as a team player Willingness and aptitude to learn new skills, technologies, and processes

Microsoft Word, Excel Juniper network Switches Mist Wireless Access Points SolarWinds monitoring tools
