The gig:

Configure & test Simphony POS (menu setup, pricing, upgrades) Troubleshoot end-user issues, escalate smart Support nationwide rollouts with senior team

You bring:

Minimum 1 year system/DB admin SQL/JSON basics + TCP/IP networking Helpdesk hustle & restaurant tech bonus

We bring:

$64,900-$72,000 100% Remote US | Benefits 1st of month following hire Company laptop + 3 weeks PTO
