Job Description

This position will be the first point of contact for end-users, providing support for desktops, mobile devices, software, and network-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to end-users via Slack, Jira ticketing system, email, and in person. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, including login problems, application errors, updates, and system performance. Support iOS devices (iPhone/iPad), including connectivity, app troubleshooting, and device configuration. Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Perform basic network troubleshooting, including connectivity issues, wireless access, IP configuration, and VPN support. Document all support interactions and solutions within the ticketing system. Assist with user account creation, password resets, and permissions management. Escalate complex issues to Level 2 or Level 3 support teams as needed.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or equivalent technical training. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and standard productivity software (Microsoft 365, browsers for cloud applications, etc.). Familiarity with iOS device management and troubleshooting. Basic understanding of network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests. Ability to work independently but be willing to escalate to the next level when needed. Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Jira Service Desk CompTIA A+, Network+, or other relevant certifications.

This is a short-term part time assignment, expected to end in the first quarter of 2026

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
