: The IT/Technology Manager will serve as the main point of contact for technical issues, setting up, changing, and removing access, and answering questions and other software/hardware issues. The IT/Technology Manager will demonstrate advanced analytical skills and experience including a detailed knowledge of best practices and processes.
Essential Functions:
Accurately diagnose technical issues, gather the necessary information, and perform standard research using all relevant available resources.
Research and test emerging technology, software, and consulting with leadership, to address security requirements and functionality.
Formulate processes and procedures for tracking and analyzing technical and financial data of company software, hardware and equipment in the office and the field.
Manage computer and mobile device inventory
Utilize MDM software for mobile devices
Assist with and support the following internal systems;
Alarm System
Access Control
Tool Management
Clearly and thoroughly document requests for assistance, and track incidents through to resolution/escalation.
Travel to the field if needed to troubleshoot, gather equipment, etc.
Escalate unresolved issues to 3rd party IT company.
Work on-site. Remote work is not available.
Coordinate with 3rd party IT company for support on a variety of tasks.
Other duties as required.
Education/Experience/Skills:
Associates Degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field required.
3-5 years related experience preferred.
Computer/phone hardware repair experience is a plus.
Familiar with a wide variety of technology concepts, practices, and procedures.
Provide outstanding customer service and a positive support experience
Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Ability to demonstrate a proactive approach to problem resolution and have strong problem solving skills.
Ability to work closely with team members in a fast paced environment to ensure that project deadlines are met.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs as needed.
Flexibility to support upgrades (2 to 3 times per year).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
