CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain software applications using
Python
,JavaScript (Angular/ReactJS)
, andREST APIs
. UtilizeDjango
orFastAPI
frameworks for scalable backend development. Develop and optimize complexSQL queries
and work withSQL/NoSQL
databases. Support development and integration activities forMedicaid system projects
. Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications onAWS Cloud
. Conduct software debugging, performance profiling, and issue resolution. Collaborate withinAgile, Scrum, and Waterfall
environments to deliver quality software. Ensure compliance with healthcare and data security standards.Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Science, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of technical experience with Python, JavaScript (Angular/ReactJS), JSON, and REST APIs. Experience working with Django or FastAPI frameworks. Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including writing complex queries. Strong background in AWS cloud environments. Proven experience in software troubleshooting and debugging. Experience working in Waterfall, Scrum, and Agile development methodologies. Medicaid system project experience.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of healthcare insurance principles and business processes. Experience with
Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS)
. Certification in UI/UX or front-end design. Familiarity withRules Engine
development. Strong understanding of healthcare data standards and compliance.EOE, Including Disability/Vets
