Responsibilities As Manager of Epic Patient Access, you will drive enterprise-wide initiatives designed to improve patient access, engagement, and digital health adoption. You'll lead a team responsible for the strategy, delivery, and optimization of platforms and workflows that directly influence how patients interact with Duly--from scheduling and registration to access and activation. Lead implementation and enhancement of Epic Patient Access tools (e.g., Cadence, Prelude, RTE, Referrals).
Build and oversee scalable workflows that increase registration/scheduling efficiency, patient access, and online scheduling.
Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Clinical leaders to align patient-facing solutions with enterprise strategy.
Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure activation performance and identify areas for optimization.
Manage a high-performing team and guide project execution with a focus on digital innovation and process improvement.
Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and data security best practices across all platforms.
Identify opportunities for automation and systems-level improvements to reduce administrative burden.
Act as a cross-functional liaison to support strategic planning and stakeholder alignment.
Qualifications Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, Patient registration/scheduling, or Epic system management.
In-depth knowledge of Epic Cadence, Prelude, and Referrals workflows.
Experiences with Epic upgrade cycles, release notes, and regression testing Proven success leading digital engagement initiatives across complex health systems.
Experience managing teams and/or cross-functional project groups in a healthcare setting.
Hands-on familiarity with Epic tools related to patient access and engagement is required.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into scalable action plans.
Strong vendor management and collaboration skills with Epic representatives Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to communicate complex IT concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departments
Proven collaboration in multidisciplinary environments (e.g., working with clinicians, scheduling teams, and finance)
The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $85,616.75 - $128,425.23 USD with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
