o Supports assigned application(s) o Takes on call assignments as scheduled and performs other duties as scheduled. o Participates in validation sessions o Maintains documentation of workflow processes o Individuals must Achieve certification and maintain it as new versions are released by vendor. o Creates effective training materials and classroom presentations. o Collaborates with application team to meet training requirements for new end users o Conducts classroom training sessions and on-site at-the-elbow support. o Administers proficiency assessments o Updates course offerings and scheduling in the learning management system. o Coordinates logistics for scheduling and presenting classroom training o Uses standardized reports to assure that training meets established objectives. o Trains and coaches credentialed trainers. o Maintains effective and respectful customer service relationships with stakeholders. o Tracks time to work effort assignments & maintains time card appropriately.
Requirements:
o Associate Degree or 2 years' IT experience if no degree. Health Care experience preferred but not required. o Expected to achieve software certification based on vendor recommendations and department requirements for application(s) within 6 months. Skills: o Skilled at problem solving. o Strong communication skills - written and oral. o Proficient organizational skills. o Skilled in Microsoft Office products. o Able to troubleshoot basic PC issues.
