DATA MANAGER:

The Data Manager will use tools and techniques to visualize data in easy-to-understand formats. This role is part of the Information Technology team and work with numerous employees and vendors to ensure continued success through corporate projects.

THE TEAM:

The Company operates more than two dozen retail locations across the country under the retail brand, BEYOND / HELLO\xe2\x84\xa2 as well as under the recently acquired brand, Nature\xe2\x80\x99s Remedy. Each day, Jushi team members continue to grow, cultivate, process and manufacture a comprehensive suite of cannabis brands under the names: , , , and , which are addressing a wide variety of consumer and patient needs across multiple states.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Assist in loading operational data (POS, HR, Finance) into Jushi Data Warehouse and BI environment (DOMO)
• Develop dashboards in the BI environment for all departments
• Designing and maintaining data systems and databases; this includes data-related problems.
• Will be responsible for analyzing and validating all data sources used for reporting
• Maintain all data related scheduled jobs
• Mining data from primary and secondary sources, then reorganizing said data in a format that can be easily read by either human or machine.
• Using statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.
• Demonstrating the significance of their work in the context of local, national, and global trends that impact both their organization and industry.
• Preparing reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
• Collaborating with programmers, engineers, and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop policies for data governance.
• Creating appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Informational Technology, Computer Science or related field experience required
• Minimum six years of data mining experience
• Experience designing and maintaining data systems and building data warehouses
• Experience with ETL preferred
• Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders
• Experience with complex queries and dashboards
• Proven experience creating custom dashboards i
• Technical skills \xe2\x80\x93 SQL, Python, Excel
• Experience in the Cannabis industry would be a plus
• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills
