Coordinate systems support, which includes design, system preference modifications, documentation, training or sharing of system functions as appropriate.
Coordinates all IT/software projects and other projects as assigned.
Participates in system maintenance, upgrades, and implementations and maintains project documentation.
Maintains expert knowledge of software systems used by the department.
Able to translate business requirements into workable solutions and solve potentially complex problems.
Superior attention to details, problem solver, and strong organizational skills.
Performs charge and image reconciliation for CVOR, Echo, Cath Lab, EKG, and Electrophysiology.
Manages data export for charges, volumes, and procedural codes.
Coordinates Epic builds, templates, and charge input for cardiac services.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Training:
High School Diploma or equivalent required, B.S. degree in Business/Healthcare/Computer Science preferred or equivalent work experience.
Minimum three years of PC-oriented experience to include basic word processing and spreadsheets.
Prior PACS experience.
Prior Merge experience.
Licenses/Certifications/Registrations/Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare/Computer Science/Business from an accredited school or equivalent work experience
