NFI North, a nonprofit organization specializing in customized clinical support services for children, youth, families, adults and seniors is seeking a Desktop Support Technician.
In this role you will have the opportunity to work in IT while supporting the important work of the agency in a fast paced environment. Experience with Windows Operating System, PC and network hardware, Sophos security products and Office 365 Suite of applications is essential.
Responsibilities: support for desktop hardware and software, network printers and related peripherals; network support to include active directory user account maintenance, software distribution, security and Office 365 related products; troubleshooting and help desk is a main function of the Desktop Support Technician.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree preferred. Microsoft and/or CompTIA certifications are a plus. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience. This role performs IT support related to all our program sites in New Hampshire & Maine and will require some travel.
