The IT Cooling Key Account Manager, FCS is responsible for managing and building strategic, long-term relationships with Staubli key clients to maximize mutual value, drive revenue, and ensure customer retention. Responsibilities include acting as the primary contact, understanding client needs, coordinating within the FCS Division to meet customer demands, developing account strategies for growth, and analyzing sales data. A successful KAM possesses excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of the industry, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
