We are currently seeking a IT Client Executive - Banking to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).
At NTT DATA we deliver deep industry expertise in Banking & Financial Services, combining advisory consulting, data & intelligence, digital transformation, and customer-centric technology solutions to drive value across the enterprise. We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Services Client Executive to join our Financial Services team. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to our banking clients, engaging across C-level stakeholders to lead business transformation through IT and digital initiatives.
The ideal candidate has a strong track record in IT services and client leadership, deep domain knowledge in banking and financial services, and the ability to manage complex client relationships and P&L performance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic advisor and enterprise partner to banking clients, driving business outcomes through IT and digital solutions
• Lead account growth strategies, achieving revenue and profit objectives through consultative selling and client engagement
• Manage multi-million-dollar portfolios with responsibility for forecasting, account planning, and financial performance (P&L)
• Build and maintain strong executive relationships across client organizations to understand evolving business needs
• Lead cross-functional teams comprising business consultants, solution architects, and delivery experts to deliver value-based solutions
• Leverage deep knowledge of the banking sector to lead transformative conversations around modernization, innovation, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop tailored proposals and solutions aligned with client strategies
• Apply industry best practices and delivery methodologies, including performance scorecards, SLAs, and metrics tracking

Qualifications:

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in IT Services/Consulting, including infrastructure, cloud, applications, and security
• At least 7 years of account leadership experience overseeing complex client engagements and financials
• Minimum 10 years of domain experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry
• Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills with a proven ability to engage C-level decision makers
• Knowledge of digital transformation, data modernization, and technology integration strategies
• MBA or prior consulting practice experience is a plus

• Willingness to travel up to 40-50%
