Maharishi Ayurveda Products USA, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy

IT Assistant - Web & Systems Support

to provide part-time support for our website, internal systems, and digital tools. This role focuses on assisting with website updates, systems support, and basic IT tasks to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the organization.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with websites and systems, is highly organized, and is comfortable supporting employees and internal teams with technical needs.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with website updates, content changes, and basic page creation Support website functionality and troubleshoot minor issues Work with internal teams to implement website updates and content requests Help maintain accuracy, organization, and consistency of website content Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees by managing system access and digital tools Provide basic technical support for internal systems and software Help document system processes, workflows, and troubleshooting steps Maintain records of system access, licenses, and digital tools Coordinate with external IT or web vendors as needed

Qualifications

Required:

Basic understanding of websites, content management systems, or digital platforms Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through independently Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset High level of reliability, professionalism, and discretion

Preferred:

Experience with website platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS Familiarity with internal business systems and digital tools Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or web editing Experience providing IT or systems support in a small to mid-sized organization
