IT Analyst with Law Firm Experience
Join a top-tier Am Law 100 environment where technology meets precision. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for IT support, ensuring smooth daily operations, managing meeting technologies, and contributing to firmwide IT initiatives that drive productivity and service excellence.
What You'll Do:
Deliver high-quality technical support across hardware, software, and network systems.
Facilitate and support video conferences, client meetings, and special events.
Maintain and configure firm-standard systems, software, and devices.
Collaborate with IT teams on projects, upgrades, and security compliance.
What You'll Bring:
3+ years of IT support experience in a professional services or law firm setting.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, ServiceNow, and Citrix.
Hands-on experience with iManage, VPN, and mobile device technologies (iOS, iPadOS).
Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
Full-time, on-site role with occasional travel and after-hours support.
