IT Analyst with Law Firm Experience

What You'll Do:
Deliver high-quality technical support across hardware, software, and network systems.
Facilitate and support video conferences, client meetings, and special events.
Maintain and configure firm-standard systems, software, and devices.
Collaborate with IT teams on projects, upgrades, and security compliance.
What You'll Bring:
3+ years of IT support experience in a professional services or law firm setting.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, ServiceNow, and Citrix.
Hands-on experience with iManage, VPN, and mobile device technologies (iOS, iPadOS).
Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
Full-time, on-site role with occasional travel and after-hours support.
