We are expanding our business portfolio along with our Managed Services Programs (MSPs) and seeking a dynamic IT Accounts Executive to help identify, acquire, and grow new client relationships across our diverse technology offerings.
Position Overview
The IT Accounts Executive will play a crucial role in driving new business growth by identifying prospective clients, nurturing relationships, increasing Managed Services initiatives and promoting AGCMS's suite of IT services and solutions. The ideal candidate will combine sales acumen with technical understanding to build long-term partnerships and contribute to the company's overall business success.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and pursue potential clients through digital platforms, referrals, networking events, and direct outreach.
Generate qualified leads, schedule discovery meetings, and convert prospects into new business engagements.
Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive trends in the IT industry.
Present AGCMS's capabilities, case studies, and service offerings effectively to decision-makers.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their IT goals and business challenges.
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to design customized solutions that address client needs.
Ensure a smooth handoff from sales to project delivery teams, maintaining client satisfaction during onboarding.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional AGCMS services.
Sales Operations & Coordination
Work closely with respective teams to develop proposals, RFP responses, and promotional materials.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets and revenue goals.
Participate in promotional campaigns, webinars, and client events to strengthen brand visibility.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or client acquisition.
Strong understanding of IT services such as DevOps, Cloud (AWS/Azure), Software Development, Data Analytics, and IT Support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value propositions.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about technology and client success.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in an IT consulting or managed services environment.
Existing network of clients or contacts in relevant industries.
