We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Islamic School Vice Principal to join our dedicated educational team. Responsibilities
Assist the Principal in developing and implementing a comprehensive curriculum aligned with Islamic values and educational standards
Lead strategic planning efforts to enhance school programs, facilities, and community engagement
Oversee daily school operations, ensuring smooth functioning across academic and extracurricular activities
Manage budgeting processes, monitor expenditures, and support fundraising initiatives to sustain school growth
Supervise faculty and staff through mentorship, evaluations, and professional development opportunities
Coordinate with teachers to ensure high-quality classroom instruction and effective student support services
Represent the school at community events, public speaking engagements, and inter-school collaborations
Ensure compliance with educational policies, accreditation standards, and safety regulations
Experience
Proven senior leadership experience within an educational setting, preferably in Islamic or faith-based schools
Strong background in curriculum development, classroom instruction, and education administration
Demonstrated success in management roles involving supervision of staff and student programs
Experience working directly with students across various age groups in diverse learning environments
Skilled in strategic planning, budgeting, and fundraising to support school initiatives
Excellent public speaking abilities with a confident presence in community outreach efforts
Prior management experience that showcases leadership qualities essential for fostering a collaborative team environment
