Description and Requirements

Lenovo\'s Services play a crucial role in our success and represent a major expansion in our execution strategy. Our Business Partners are a strategic route to market and essential to our execution strategy. We are currently seeking an experienced ISG Services Channel Manager to work with our Business Partners and collaborate with Lenovo sales teams to drive services, penetration rate, and overall business growth. A competitive candidate will be knowledgeable to discuss complex solutions.

This position is 100% Remote with peaks of 40% travel. HQ is in NC. The role does not require relocation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • As the ISG Services Channel Account Manager for Distribution, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Achieving assigned quotas and driving revenue growth through services and software attach programs
  • Collaborating with Channel Account Managers and Field teams to create initiatives that drive services and software attach
  • Building and fostering relationships with partners and sellers to drive attach behavior within assigned accounts
  • Coordinating training, events, and campaigns on services offerings and portfolio
  • Participating in customer and/or partner calls to provide support and technical expertise
  • Developing and implementing a strategy to drive Lenovo services at individual partners
  • Tracking and maintaining sales pipeline and opportunities by partner to incorporate services
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive partner and Lenovo services revenue and profitability
  • Conducting regular QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and maintaining all action items to completion
Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent professional work experience
  • Sales, Services, & Channel experience
Preferred Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Sales, Services, & Channel experience
  • Drive for business results and proven success in achieving revenue goals
  • Proven ability to develop strategies to penetrate and sell to large companies
  • Willingness to travel to any or all customer sites when appropriate
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Avg $160k OTE

The base salary range for this position in CA, CO, Jersey City - NJ, NV, Ithaca - NY, NYC, WA, is $74 - $98k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. Lenovo\'s various benefits can be found on .
