Job Description

As a ICS Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing end-to-end production operations within our aerospace sector. Your leadership will ensure that production processes are efficient, safe, and meet quality standards.


You will report directly to our

ISC Operations Manager

and you'll work out of our

Rocky Mount, NC

location on an onsite work schedule.


In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our production operations. By leading a high-performing team, you will ensure that production goals are met while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee daily production activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Lead and mentor production staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability. Analyze production metrics and implement strategies for process improvement and waste reduction.

YOU MUST HAVE

3 years of experience in production supervision or management within a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software. Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.

WE VALUE

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Experience in aerospace manufacturing processes and standards. Knowledge of ERP systems and their applications in production management. Ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
