Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking Patent Prosecution Associates with 2 to 4 years of experience (ONLY) in patent prosecution.
Qualifications:
Background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or Physics, or equivalent technical experience.
USPTO registration number required.
Admission to the Bar in the jurisdiction of practice (or eligibility).
Strong academic credentials with excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Must be a member of, or eligible for membership with, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Bar.
