Job Description

Arcobaleno, a family-run leader in foodservice pasta equipment for over 30 years, is seeking an experienced Invoicing Coordinator to support our Parts and Service Department. This role requires QuickBooks invoicing experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

What You'll do

You'll be responsible for managing all incoming parts and service orders, invoicing accurately, and speaking with customers daily to ensure they receive the support and solutions they need. Handle high volume of transactions while ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and process invoices for all parts and service orders using QuickBooks Manage and track all incoming orders from start to completion Communicate daily with customers regarding order status, updates, and follow-up needs Coordinate with our internal team to ensure timely processing and delivery Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

Experience with QuickBooks (invoicing required) Bachelor's degree (required) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Customer-service oriented and able to follow up consistently Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Pay: $24.00 - $28.40 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
