Responsibilities

Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly - A proven process to closing deals Conduct two open houses monthly Run deal analysis of on-market and off-market properties Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments Participate in weekly script practice per team standards Participate in team activities per team standards Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers

Qualifications

You are an experienced investor yourself - owning a house hack, short-term rental or other types of investment properties. Our investor clients are looking for a coach, guide & mentor who walks the talk of real estate investing.


We will provide you the tool kits so you can apply your passion for real estate investing to a proved system to build a client base of investor clients.


Experienced investor Licensed real estate professional Strong written and verbal communication skills Learning based, growth-minded Excellent time management skills Industry experience preferred; willing to train investors to become agents
